Shipping Policy 

–  Shipping Rates 

FREE Standard Shipping: On all orders over $60 AUD. 

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $15 AUD applies to all orders under $60 AUD. 

–  Delivery Locations 

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. 

–  Processing Time 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.  

–  Delivery Timeframes 

We partner with StarTrack Express to ensure reliable delivery: 

• Estimated transit time: 1–6 business days. 

• Please note: Deliveries to regional or remote areas may take slightly longer. 

–  Delivery Conditions 

To ensure successful delivery, please note: 

• Delivery Hours: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. 

• We recommend providing an address where someone is available to receive the parcel, or utilizing a business address. 

• If ‘Authority to Leave’ is selected at checkout, bellyME is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered by our courier. 

–  Minimum Order Value 

There is no minimum order value required to shop with us. 

Returns & Refunds Policy 

– How to Request a Return 

To start a return, please contact us via customerservice@phytologic.com.au 

Please include the following in your email: 

1.Order Number 

2.Reason for Return 

3.Supporting Photos: Required if the item is damaged, faulty, or if there are any product quality concerns. 

– Change of Mind 

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind once the order has been dispatched. 

– Timeframe 

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. 

– Refund Process 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 

Please allow 5 – 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after your return has been approved.
